He tells Trunks to surrender, and then tries to cut the Saiyan down with his Devilish Blade, but Future Trunks turns into a Super Saiyan and blocks the sword attack, breaking it in the process. Kogu and Trunks' battle has led to a Victorian-style city resembling London, and Kogu manages to get the upper hand on Future Trunks, dominating over him.
